About "Tala Al Badaru Alayna"

My instrumental version of a traditional Arabic spiritual song (or "nasheed") dating back over 1400 years to the arrival of Muhammad in the city of Yathrib (now known as "Madinah"). I produced this tune for a documentary I was involved with back in 2004 called "A New Life In A New Land" available here. I often play the tune live at shows, but this version is unique as I made an attempt to play the song with mandolin, hand drums and a Moroccan oud.
